The Republican Liberty Caucus of Wisconsin was founded to curb the tremendous growth of government. We are the libertarian/constitutionalist wing of the Republican Party.

In fact, our group was founded all the way back in 1991 and was instrumental in the Contract for America and the Republican Revolution of 1994.  During the 2000s, Republican Liberty Caucus members were vocal critics of the Bush Administration’s efforts to grow government in almost every sector of the economy.

In Wisconsin, the state Republican Party often lends its support to moderate Republicans who believe in new taxes, more spending, additional government intervention in the economy, and even government intervention on social affairs. We’re here to say: No thanks, no more!
